• App preferences such as selected mode, language, dark mode, and daily reminder settings.
• Audio recorded through the microphone when you choose to use the Dog to Human or Human to Dog feature. Recordings are used only in-session to produce a result and are not stored or transmitted.
• Diagnostics, crash reports, analytics events, ad identifiers, and purchase status information provided by integrated third-party services.
• Network metadata such as IP address and basic request details when the app loads remote content or communicates with service providers.

Permissions

The app may request Android permissions only when they are needed for specific features.

• Microphone access is used only when you tap the record button. The captured audio is used locally to generate a translation result and is not stored or sent to any server.
• Internet and network state are used to load app content, ads, analytics, and remote services.
• Notifications are used for the optional daily pet reminder when enabled in settings.

• Provide and generate the pretend translation entertainment feature.

The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where applicable.

Dog Translator is for entertainment purposes only. The translations are simulated jokes and voice effects, not real animal communication or animal behavior science. Always treat pets kindly and avoid sounds or pranks that make them uncomfortable.
